Lotteries are strongly encouraged to endorse RG (Responsible Gaming) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) policies. CSR has indeed become mandatory and lotteries must be Committed, Smart and Responsible – all three core values part of any licence to operate.
Last year, EL published its CSR Guidelines and will later this year implement the RG commitment level (as a first step towards full RG Certification). These new “tools” will be developed by speakers from a European and worldwide perspective, given that the EL RG commitment level is similar to levels 2 and 3 of WLA’s RG Framework.
New and more practical ways to address CSR will be on schedule this year in the beautiful city of Lisbon.
Inspiring case studies from EL and WLA members will be combined with outstanding keynote speakers.
Participants will broaden their practical knowledge on Responsible Gaming and more global CSR aspects, for their own benefit, as well as their lottery’s and society’s as a whole.
